Thirty years on
Benjamin Developments was born from a simple idea: the best buildings come from people who’ve actually built things — properly, with their own hands, year after year.
Our founder started in the trade in 1996. He has worked every role on a building site since — trades, foreman, site manager — and for the last twenty years has run projects as contractor and project manager. That arc matters. When we run a project, the person in charge has done — and can still do — every job he is asking others to do.
We’ve built across London for repeat private clients, including penthouses in Mayfair and Knightsbridge, full refurbishments in Bayswater, new builds and developments in Ealing, and conversions across West London. We’ve taken on small jobs and significant ones with equal care. The thread is the same: discretion, craftsmanship, and turning up.
